One of my all time favourite foods is noodles, but I haven’t actually cooked myself a stir fry in an awful long time.
I invested in a new wok some time ago and thought it was time I put it to some use, so I made a delicious chicken noodle stir fry.
First take one portion of Sharwoods medium egg noodles and add to boiling water, simmer for four minutes. Drain well and rest with a touch of light soy.
Heat some vegetable oil in your wok and lightly brown sliced chicken pieces, this should take around five minutes.
Add a mixture of vegetables. For ease, I opted for Tesco Finest oriental stir fry.
Stir fry for a further minute and then add in the noodles and one packet of Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce. Stir for a further minute and then serve.
I had forgotten how quick and easy a stir fry is to do, this is definitely going to become one of my main dishes for the winter.
