Recipe: Lilo loves sea bass with asian flavours

Sea bass

I love sea bass, it is such a light and delicate tasting fish and I always feel so healthy when I eat it. It is always a real treat.

One of my favourite ways of cooking sea bass is really simple and perfect to do after a hard day at work.


  • Sea bass
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Lemon
  • Soy Sauce (a few dashes)
  • Olive Oil (a few dashes)
  • Black pepper (to taste)


  • Place tin foil on baking sheet and add fish
  • Add black pepper and a couple of cloves of garlic
  • Add fresh coriander leaves
  • Add a few dashes of soy sauce and olive oil
  • Add a couple of slices of lemon
  • Bring the tin foil together and seal to make a small parcel
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 20 minutes
  • Serve with steamed vegetables, can also be served in the tin foil if you wish
  • Enjoy!
